tanaquiThe shutdown continues. Please keep contacting your representatives. If they're Democrats, thank them for standing firm against the blackmail from the White House. If they're Republicans, urge them to join colleagues like Thom Tills, Cory Gardner and Susan Collins (all up for re-election in 2020) who seem willing to find a way to end the shutdown.
Among the many other ongoing issues, there are teachers' strikes in LA and other places (some unofficially) and we have actions to support those workers. (Thankstoastykitten!)
