I hope you're all keeping safe and well (and getting any financial and other assistance you need) as we continue with measures to contain and counteract the pandemic. A big thank you to all of those who are still working, especially everyone providing care or keeping the basics of life running during this crisis
Please use the comments to share any sources of support you know about for people who are sick, self-isolating or may otherwise need a helping hand (from a safe social distance, of course).
NEW ACTIONS
We posted about
resistbot making it easy to ask your representatives to #SavethePostOffice.
resistbot also has specific campaigns for contacting your representatives about bills to provide #EmergencyUBI and No-excuse absentee voting. (There are campaigns for actions in specific states, too.)
RESOURCES
CDC coronavirus page
Johns Hopkins Global case tracker
A bunch of newspapers have dropped their paywall for coronavirus coverage
Let us know what you've been up to in the last week or are planning to get involved in next week. Above all, take care of yourselves, stay safe, wash your hands regularly and practice social distancing as much as you can.
