Other interests: bicycling, indoor rock wall climbing, queer theology, reading picture books (I have an <18mo nibling, so I am doing lots of preparatory research to radicalize the kiddo through literature), working on a book project about what the Christian tradition has to offer folks living with severe depression (examining liturgical practices and theologies, as well as reinterpreting stories -- reading them from the perspective of imagining a character in them lives with depression)

Issues you care most about Keeping the ACA intact, while also hopefully in the future building upon it for further reform down the line. Voting rights, women's rights, LGBTQ and other minority rights, mental illness issues, gun control.
Other interests Huge Doctor Who fan, also a Trekkie. I also like signing, writing and dancing.
My DW contains mostly: Mostly fandom with occassional real life updates (though the RL stuff is Friends Only). I also still cross - post to LJ because I still have friends over there who haven't moved the DW yet.

Issues you care most about: climate adaptation and environmental conservation; sustainable infrastructure; universal pre-K; ranked-choice voting and other electoral reforms; equal pay; BLM; rule of law; police de-militarization; healthy equity / public health access as a human right; collective investment in resources like the Global Outbreak Alert and Response Network, etc. (It likely says a great deal that the sorts of organizations I donate to when I can spare it financially tend to be ones like Partners in Health, Planned Parenthood, Life After Hate, Cultural Agents, ProPublica, Verified Voting, Southerners On New Ground (SONG), and Dreamwidth).

My DW contains mostly: occasional posts like 'How are You (in Haiku)?', linkspam, 3 things, and other bits and bobs of daily life and meta dumps. I've been posting more frequently recently, but sometimes there are periods when I only do 1-2 posts a month if that.
Anything else you'd like people to know: I generally don't grant access until I've gotten to know someone first, either as a commenter or someone I subscribe for a while. I like meeting and getting to know new people (if they choose; lurkers also welcome!). What else? I do periodically trim back my subscription list when I get overwhelmed; on principle, I only follow as many people as I can actively keep up with reading post.
